Every homeowner who reaches out to Saltperfect Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• How a call or message with Saltperfect Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Saltperfect Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider’s charges, or act on a provider’s behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@saltperfect.beer and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider’s company name, if you know it
• A short summary of what happened and the result you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may involve speaking with the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
