How Our Network Works
Request an estimate to get started
Who will you actually talk to?
Good question. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business, not Saltperfect Floor Coating. They will be the one to contact you, give an estimate, and do the work.
When you request a callback, the call is routed to a provider who may be able to help. Availability varies, so ask about timing directly.
What might the provider ask you?
Expect simple questions. Is it a garage, basement, or patio? About how many square feet? Is the concrete cracked, stained, or flaking? Has it been coated before? Do you want a certain look?
Photos can help. So can knowing if moisture shows up after snowmelt or storms.
What should you ask the provider?
This is your moment. Ask the floor question. Try these:
- How will you prep the concrete?
- Which coating do you suggest, and why?
- What does the written quote include?
- How long before I can walk or drive on it?
- How do you handle cracks and moisture?
- What warranty or workmanship terms do you offer, in writing?
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
Who makes the final call?
You do. An estimate is not a contract. Compare more than one if you like. Take time to read the details. A good provider will welcome your questions.
Want to talk with a coating provider?
Start with the form. It gives the provider the basics so the first conversation is useful.
Or request a callback to check provider availability.
